The second edition of Shreveport-Bossier Choice brought our community together like never before, showcasing the incredible talent and diversity that make this area such a special place to live, work, and play. With over 51,000 votes cast — a 47% increase in year two — and more than 4,400 local businesses competing across 234 sub-categories in twelve main categories, the enthusiasm this year reflects a growing appreciation for everything that makes Shreveport-Bossier shine.
We are honored to recognize over 560 individuals and businesses with a total of 702 awards, celebrating excellence in Eat & Drink, Education, Entertainment, Finance, Health & Beauty, Home & Garden, Law, Motors, Real Estate, Services, Shopping, and Things to Do. Reaching the top three in any category is a remarkable accomplishment — one that speaks to dedication, quality, and community support.
Among the many categories, ten stood out as audience favorites this year: Personal Injury Law, Law Firm, Black-Owned Business, Mental Health Services, Waxing, Customer Service, Weight Loss Center, Day Spa, Black-Owned Restaurant, and Nonprofit Organization. These results not only showcase our community’s interests but also honor the businesses and organizations that serve us daily.
